Driven by her desire to expand her culinary knowledge and skills, Schultz pursued formal education at Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa, Canada. This led her to a captivating career as a private yacht chef in the Caribbean, catering to discerning clients with refined tastes and celebrities. Through her exceptional culinary expertise and personalized service, Schultz cultivated lasting relationships with her clients, who now regularly invite her to their private homes in the US and Canada for exclusive events.
Inspired by her experiences, Schultz recognized the opportunity to create something extraordinary. I along with my party experienced the amazing culinary skills of Chef Ursula during a recent charter in the USVI. Through the years I have had the opportunity to experience many chefs and Ursula is unique in her ability to provide a wide variety of entrees at an incredibly high skill level - and she is among the best. My group had a number of special requirements, including a vegetarian, and every meal was an absolute joy. The only thing that eclipsed her culinary skills were her amazing attitude, exuberance, and joy of cooking for others. If her culinary skills weren't enough her musical skills on the violin were outstanding, and she treated us to a special performance on Valentine's Day. Ursula is a talented individual that we feel blessed to have the opportunity to know.
